Dr. Pentz is a native of Pennsylvania. Her love of golf and sunshine was instrumental in her move to Arizona in 1999. Since 1999, she has been owner of a private chiropractic, massage therapy and physical therapy practice.

Dan Froerer, D.C.
Dr. Dan Froerer was born and raised in Utah. He grew up in the small town of Huntsville, near Pine view reservoir. Dr. Froerer has had an interest in health from the time he was a young boy. He grew up participating in all types of athletic endeavors including snow/water skiing, boating, snowmobiling, swimming etc.
Dr. Froerer is a family man whose heart belongs to his bride of 15 years. They have four beautiful children and a pet cat. Dr. Froerer is active in his church as a Sunday school teacher and enjoys time with family and friends.

Madilyn Slade, Doctor of Physical Therapy
Madilyn graduated with her doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from the Northern Arizona University in 2005. She is Functional Capacity Exam certified and has received a Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certification in 2007. Madilyn has received additional specialist training in TMJ disorders and comes to our practice with many years experience in the Physical Therapy field. She is certified in A-Stim, a technique used to make adhesions and scar tissue more pliable.
Madilyn ia a hands on physical therapist takes an individual approach to each patient. The therapies and treatment protocols are unique to each patient.
Madilyn resides in Mesa with her husband Arthur and three young children.
